Step with the stamping: As soon as you stamp, step back from foot or side to distance and escape

Follow Up: Either disengage after striking or follow through.

How This Works: The hammer fist uses your bodyweight and arm strength, slamming down on an attacker with tons of force, potentially taking them out.

Shoulder Lock Escape
